Twenty meter high sculpture originally completed in 1974 and refurbished and upgraded in 2008 after being removed during 2007 to make way for a new building on its former site in order to upgrade the complex.
The sculpture was re-erected in a new position on the podium of the CIVITAS building in Pretoria.
